Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is my coverage amount per therapy session?

• Do I need approval from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cash, check, debit, and major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. A $60 cancellation/no-show fee will be applied to your account for any sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session.
