Sometimes it’s hard to know how to begin to make things better in your life. I know from my experience when you have an honest relationship with a caring therapist who will listen and respect you, and be an advocate for your well-being, you are able to access your inner strength and enhance your life.

I’ve been a therapist for ten years and have worked with clients in the health and wellness field for 25 years. I specialize in working with adults dealing with weight and body image issues, anxiety and depression, and those wanting healthier relationships through better communication skills. My personal and professional path has been guided by the integration of emotional, mental and physical wellness. I am especially passionate about empowering people to heal from the inside out.

As your therapist, I am here for you. I consider it an honor to accompany you on your path toward wellness in body and mind. Working collaboratively with you, I use an integrative style, with evidence-based methods to address the needs of each person through a holistic and personalized approach to treatment. I offer you my compassion and openness without judgment, as you identify old patterns that interfere with your self-esteem, and emotional and physical wellness. I will help you develop self-affirming, strengths-based skills that become your way of life.
